Recruitment Process Management: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Implement and oversee assessment tools and techniques to ensure the selection of the best candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
Conduct regular training and development sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

Who Are You?
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in talent acquisition or recruitment management, preferably in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
Strong understanding of local and regional labor markets, employment laws, and industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a recruitment team.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
