Currently, we are seeking a Mid-Level Talent Partner Coordinator to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:
Location: Medellin, Colombia.
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with operations management to understand the priorities, objectives, and challenges of assigned accounts and translate them into human talent strategies and initiatives that improve account performance.
- Lead efforts to assess current and future account member needs, identifying skills gaps, planning and growth strategies to drive account growth and productivity.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, policies, and/or programs that create a positive and inclusive work culture, cultivating employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
- Utilize data analytics, KPIs, and Indices to provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making, evaluate the effectiveness of human talent programs and business partners, ensure project viability, and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay current on labor laws, regulations, and industry trends, ensuring internal HR practices and policies are aligned with best practices.
- Encourage strong relationships between human talent divisions by serving as a bridge between human talent and other departments in the company to ensure cohesive and coordinated efforts aligned with annually defined OKRs.
- Report to human talent management any new developments that arise in their accounts and/or in the project for proactive construction of action plans that involve the resolution of the new development and continuous improvement of the division.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial or Administrative Engineering, or similar. If the candidate has postgraduate training, it is a plus.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in HRBP or HR Strategic Roles.
- English language skills (B2 - C1) are required.
- Advanced computer level in Google Suite.
- Knowledge in human resources administration.
- Leadership skills, responsibility,
work planning and organization, strategic perspective, commitment, communication skills, emotional intelligence, strategic planning, analysis and problem solving, and change management.
