Description: The Recruiting Associate assure that interview requests will be schedule in a timely and accurate manner, according to the assigned process. The interviews must be sent to Hiring Manager and Candidates to ensure an excellent Candidate Experience. The requirements must be process in a timely and accurate manner, according to the assigned process.

The person in this position processes the interview information in several systems and tracking tools. Needs to demonstrate knowledge of Talent Acquisition process and related systems to effectively perform their responsibilities. He/she solve problems by precedent and reference detailed instructions and seeking advice when faced with complex issues and problems.

SKILLS:
