As a Human Resources Intern, you would provide support to the wellness and hiring areas.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to: Selection and recruitment area: Responsible for the recruitment, selection and hiring processes of trainees and interns.
Conducted individual interviews to assess the skills and personality of our candidates.
Wellness area: Follow up on wellness diagnostics and surveys.
Review of employee benefits and update of benefits databases.
Occupational health and safety area: Examine the workplace for environmental or physical factors that could affect employee health, safety, comfort, and performance.
