About the Role: As the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst, you will ensure our HRIS is up-to-date and functioning correctly, providing technical support and training to associates within human resources. You will manage employee data, perform data audits, and generate reports to aid decision-making, identifying trends and providing insights. Collaborating within HR and with other departments, you will implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience. The role includes supporting and auditing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating system changes. Compliance with bank regulations and policies is essential, and you will stay informed on regulatory updates. You will embody our corporate culture, take initiative, and serve as a positive example.
About You: You have at least two years' experience working within a human resources role, with at least one year of experience focused on HRIS, and you possess strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for providing technical support, training users, and communicating system changes and deadlines. You are skilled in collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee data, with a strong focus on accuracy and integrity, with an innate ability to analyze HR data, generate reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. You are highly skilled with MS Excel and, as preferred qualifications, have intermediate to advanced proficiency with ADP Vantage, Jobvite, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint applications. Additionally, you have a knack for delivering a high standard of customer service to internal and external partners, and a proven record of collaborating with others to enhance HRIS efficiency, utilization, and user experience.
Work Style: Fully onsite five days weekly.
About the Benefits: This exempt role offers an attractive total compensation package, health benefits for you and all eligible dependents, paid time off for vacation, illness, holidays, and volunteerism too. The salary range is $65,000.00-$75,000.00 and the wage offered to the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
