HR Admin DPV Transportation Who We Are: DPV Transportation Worldwide is a minority-owned business in the USA that transforms ground transportation to move companies and communities forward. The Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual HR Admin to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across various HR functions. You will be an integral part of the team, working remotely to provide administrative support, maintain employee records, assist with recruitment processes, and help implement HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS. Prepare and process HR documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and employee engagement notices, policies, onboarding and offboarding materials. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Support payroll and benefits administration by liaising with relevant departments and ensuring accurate information flow. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Help organize virtual training sessions and employee engagement activities. Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Provide general administrative support to the HR team. Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner. Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel. Implement employee recognition programs and events. Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs. Handle administrative work for the HR department. Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems. Explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees. Qualifications Must be able to speak, read, and write in English perfectly. A minimum of 1 year in an admin role. Must have the desire to be or become an HR professional. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Well-developed listening skills. Excellent organizational skills required with the ability to shift priorities as business needs require. Outstanding problem-solving skills and resourceful thinking. Ability to meet established deadlines and demonstrate excellent time management and efficiency.
