Job Title: Director of Human Resources Reporting Relationship · Reports to: US based -Chief Financial Officer (CFO)· Supervises: HR Managers, HR Business Partners, Compliance Officers, and HR Coordinators. · Internal Relationships: · U.S. based Executive Leadership (for strategic HR alignment across all business units)· Finance department (to manage compensation structures and budgets)· Locally based Operations and Line Managers (to support staffing, workforce planning, and employee development)· Legal and Compliance Departments (to ensure Legal adherence) External Relationships: Liaises with: External Recruitment Agencies (for high-level talent acquisition) Regulatory Bodies (for compliance with labor laws and industry regulations) Overview: The Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and leading the HR strategy, ensuring consistency in HR practices and alignment with corporate objectives. This role involves overseeing talent management, compliance, employee relations, and benefits while fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Additionally, the Director leads diversity and inclusion initiatives, oversees HR analytics, and drives change management across the organization. The Director is also responsible for keeping a pulse on the market for compensation and benefit structure as well as managing (not just overseeing) staff turnover. Minimum Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadserhip role. Strong expertise in labor laws, compliance, and organizational development across multiple business units. Proven ability to lead in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment. Experience with enterprise-level HR systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle). Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills. Physical Requirements Manual Dexterity: Ability to use a computer, keyboard, and other office equipment for extended periods. Sitting/Standing: Ability to work at a desk for prolonged periods (up to 8 hours). Lifting: Occasionally required to lift or move objects up to 20 lbs. (e.g., files, office supplies). Job Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with corporate goals. Oversee HR operations across all lines of business, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to best practices. Drive talent acquisition strategies for leadership roles and oversee succession planning across departments. Manage employee relations at a corporate level, including conflict resolution, engagement, and retention programs. Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with corporate financial goals and operational needs. Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness. Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and leadership training programs. Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and industry regulations across all business units. Manage HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and improve HR processes. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization. Guide and mentor HR managers to drive professional growth and departmental efficiency. Ensure compliance with the organization's Code of Conduct and all applicable laws, including HIPAA regulations for the protection of sensitive information. Perform any additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. Drives performance evaluation processes, and staff development and training initiatives.
