We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and support our growing customer base in the USA.
As a Customer Service Representative at Graphic Makers & Printers, you'll be the friendly voice that connects with our clients.
This is a junior, remote position where you'll help customers with their inquiries, assist with orders, and provide top-notch service.
The role is part-time, with 5-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities : Handle phone calls and answer emails from customers, assisting with inquiries, order status, and general support.Provide detailed information about our products and services, helping clients make informed decisions.Resolve customer issues and complaints in a positive, professional manner.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.Ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients to enhance satisfaction.Assist with any administrative tasks as needed, including order processing and general inquiries.Requirements English proficiency: C1 level (fluent speaking and writing).Extroverted personality: Enjoys engaging with customers and has a positive, energetic attitude.Comfortable and enthusiastic about taking phone calls.Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.Availability to work part-time shifts (5 hours per day) Monday to Friday.Benefits Part-time role: 5-hour shifts to enhance productivity.Training provided in customer service to ensure your success in the role.USD compensation for your work, paid in a timely manner.Work remotely from anywhere in LATAM, offering great flexibility.Enjoy PTO, Sick Leave, USA Holidays, and Personal Days off.
