Work from Home: Legal Intake Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Legal Intake Specialist to join our US immigration law firm client. The Legal Intake Specialist will be responsible for initial client contact, gathering case information, and ensuring our clients receive the best service possible. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:


Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues

Strong customer service, persuasion, and critical thinking skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Ability to work with databases and CRMs

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information

Own a laptop or desktop (minimum 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above) with an internet connection of at least 10Mbps

Willingness to work on a Pacific Standard Time schedule (9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST)

Experience working in a US-based law firm preferred

Experience with US immigration law preferred

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound and inbound calls (including cold calling)

Qualify and sign up potential clients

Send retainer agreements

Follow up on old leads and appointments

Request initial documents for cases

Forward qualified clients to attorneys


Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents

Other ad-hoc tasks that the firm may require

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000,000 - $39,000,000 per month

Experience:

- law firm: 1 year (Preferred)
- US immigration law firm: 1 year (Preferred)
