Position: Telemedicine Nephrologist Location: Remote Contract Type: Independent Contractor Company: MHG Overview: MHG seeks a Nephrologist to provide expert consultations on kidney-related conditions via telemedicine.
This role involves managing patients with chronic kidney disease, hypertension, and other renal disorders remotely.
Key Responsibilities: Offer virtual consultations for kidney-related issues, including chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, and electrolyte imbalances.
Develop and oversee treatment plans, including dialysis and transplant care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
Collaborate with primary care physicians and other specialists to provide comprehensive care.
Provide guidance on preventive measures for kidney health.
Maintain detailed and secure patient records.
Qualifications: Medical degree with specialization in Nephrology.
Valid medical license and board certification in Nephrology.
Experience in telemedicine is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and electronic health records.
