YOU'RE GOOD AT Lead the team of VIP Key Account managers for LATAM regions. Work closely with Head of VIP & Events, VIP Regional Manager and LATAM Commercial Director to create VIP strategy across all LATAM regions, as well as supporting in implementing the action. Points accordingly, doing follow-up and reporting on the results/challenges across the team. Achieve and report on the overall performance of the VIP team. Ownership of the VIP budget, VIP targets, spend and bonus costs. Work closely with Product managers, Marketing and CRM teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of VIP customers for all LATAM regions, have full visibility on customer journeys, communication, and product strategy across all markets. Collect and report on VIP performance for all LATAM regions by analysing the data received by all VIP Key Account Managers in the team, drawing conclusions and making recommendations. Team management and all its relevant actions. Pro-active, goal oriented and numbers driven. Native level communication ability in Spanish and English, both in speaking and writing. Experience managing a portfolio of clients in either a gambling, sports, entertainment or digital environment, having experience speaking directly to customers managing their needs and pain points. Knowledge of VIP management, CRM and campaigns. Commercially driven with an appreciation for what drives revenue. Proactively making improvements to VIP communication and supporting product VIP KAM's in their planning of VIP campaigns. Passionate about sports and casino.
