In this role, you'll support our HR department by managing the full talent sourcing cycle, coordinating employee onboarding, overseeing medical processes, and ensuring smooth operation of employee wellbeing initiatives. Success in this position means creating a streamlined and supportive HR experience that helps us maintain a positive, productive workplace. This position is vital to reinforcing our commitment to employee satisfaction and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle Talent Sourcing: Manage recruitment channels, including both organic and paid sources, to attract top talent. Medical Examinations: Schedule and communicate medical appointments. Manage Medical Leave: Handle medical leave processes, including validation, reimbursement, and record-keeping. Social Security Affiliations: Process social security affiliations and necessary paperwork. Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding sessions. Wellbeing Calendar: Manage the HR wellbeing schedule and activities. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 months of experience in HR or related roles. Why Join Us?
