The Supply Chain Manager Andean is a member of the Andean Leadership Team. Responsible for leading the Supply Chain strategies and operations in Colombia, Ecuador and Perú for the NIVEA and Beyond business. This role reports functionally to the VP Supply Chain- LATAM with a legal reporting line to the Country Manager Andean located in Colombia. Working in a matrix structure with multiple stakeholders, the Supply Chain Manager will work with the Regional/Global supply chain team and Andean Leadership Team to execute on Supply Chain strategies and initiatives supporting the business profitable growth. Main Accountabilities Participate in the development of the overall business strategy as a member of the Andean Leadership Teams. Define, drive & execute the Supply Chain strategy for Colombia, Ecuador and Perú to ensure the delivery of quality, cost and customer service objectives as well as digitalization. Lead end-to-end supply chain processes from S&OP, demand planning, customer operations and SC customer collaboration, logistics, value added services, local quality assurance and regulatory affairs as well as supply chain development to identify optimization opportunities and influence stakeholders to deliver best overall business outcomes. Deploy regional and global supply chain projects in Colombia, Ecuador and Perú. Liaise with functional stakeholders to ensure effective matrix management of business-critical activities. Establish and maintain effective supply chain and customer management relationships with key customers, suppliers and other partners. Responsible for budgeting, project management and oversight of relevant departmental change programs to effectively define and deliver a continuous improvement agenda for own span of control. Define organizational structure and capabilities to achieve efficiency and business objectives. Guide, coach, develop and engage the Supply Chain team with a strong "One Team" mentality. Success measured by: Service level, fill rate, stock coverage, write downs, forecast accuracy, bias, DCS (direct costs of selling). Knowledge, Skills and Experience University degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration or other related disciplines. At least 10 years of experience in Supply Chain with proven experience in end-to-end supply chain and value optimization, including leadership positions. Ideally experience in both demand planning and logistics. Experience and comfortable to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented and complex environment. Experience in developing and leading high-performing teams in very competitive environments. Experience in managing multiple business units and/or countries. Desirable local knowledge of Andean Markets. Strong relationship-builder and communicator who effectively connects with external and internal stakeholders on all hierarchy levels. Comfortable in working cross-functionally and cross countries and taking a meaningful role in driving the business strategy.
