Responsibilities & Specific Accountabilities: Achieve the annual sales budget assigned for the Territory, maximizing resources and producing necessary results. Maintain close relationships with distributors and manage technical information flow (training, NPDs, GUARDIAN follow-up, regulatory issues, etc.). Work with distributors to define plans for increasing coverage by geography and/or vertical. Suggest adjustments in the distribution network, proposing new distributors and identifying underperforming ones. Monitor competition activities and provide relevant feedback to the company. Identify opportunities and risks in the assigned territory due to market/economic trends and regulatory issues. Support the distribution network with necessary training on Ansell products, NPDs, and regulatory norms. Keep information updated in the Salesforce system and for GUARDIAN presentations. Direct technical processes for large projects and penetrate the designated market. Ensure customer satisfaction through product and service knowledge. Implement an efficient administration of product mix and positioning of Ansell brand values. Collaborate with Marketing and Procurement for regional forecasts and market information. Conduct end-user calls to provide solutions and support. Participate in workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions. Comply with quality, environment, health, and safety regulations, maintaining clean and organized workspaces. Participate in training programs for new responsibilities and multi-functional projects. Key Position Requirements: Education: Graduated Higher Education in Company Administration, Industrial or Chemical Engineering. Job Experience: Mandatory: Knowledge of Industrial Health, Safety, and Environment. Experience in risk assessment and training. Desirable: At least 4 years as an Account Manager in Territory Management with Salesforce experience. Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in Office 360, especially Excel. Basic financial mathematics. Intermediate English proficiency, capable of written and spoken communication. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Public speaking ability. Desirable Job Competencies: Advanced English / Salesforce knowledge. Postgraduate studies in Health, Safety, and Environment. Risk Assessment and Prevention / HazMat emergency management studies. Additional Requirements: Travel within the assigned territory by land until air travel is approved by the company. International travel for Congresses, Training, etc., as needed. Typically, spends 20%-50% of time in face-to-face calls with end-users, 20%-30% with distributors, and the remainder on administrative tasks (reports, Salesforce, GUARDIAN, etc.). #J-18808-Ljbffr
