We are seeking a highly experienced and charismatic Head of Sales to lead and expand our dynamic Real Estate sales team in Mexico City.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful sales teams, particularly those consisting of 5 to 8 reps, both farmers and hunters.
In this role at GRI Club, you will drive sales strategies and be directly involved in high-level deals, leveraging your extensive network and executive presence with key clients and stakeholders to ensure continued growth.

Responsabilities Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team of 5 to 8 representatives (farmers and hunters), ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and team growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals, focusing on both short and long-term growth.
Actively participate in high-stakes deals, representing the company in meetings with key clients and stakeholders.
Utilize your existing network to attract top sales talent to the team, ensuring a strong pipeline of future hires.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Regularly report on sales performance and forecasts to the board, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
Requirements 3+ years of proven experience managing and scaling sales teams of 5+ representatives, with a demonstrated history of success.
Extensive network within the sales community, with the ability to attract and hire top talent.
Strong track record of personally driving and closing significant deals.
Charismatic leadership with the executive polish and presence to represent the company in high-level meetings and top client presentations.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive consistent growth.
Skilled in coaching and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance, close rates, and overall productivity.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
