Job Description: As a Social Media Strategist, you'll spearhead the creation and execution of cutting-edge social media strategies, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital presence of a thought leader in the professional development space.
Your creative vision and strategic acumen will directly influence the brand's growth, engaging with C-suite executives and industry leaders.
You'll be instrumental in amplifying the company's message, promoting high-profile events, and establishing a commanding online presence that resonates with ambitious professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
Develop engaging, thought-provoking content tailored for leadership audiences.
Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Track and analyze social media metrics to measure campaign success, inform strategy, and demonstrate ROI.
Collaborate on promotional strategies for speaking engagements, training events, and other initiatives.
Drive engagement and foster meaningful connections with industry leaders.
Stay ahead of social media trends, particularly in B2B and executive spaces Requirements Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices in B2B marketing.
Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft content that resonates with executives.
Ability to work independently and proactively, with a self-starter mentality.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with graphic design and video editing is a plus.
Experience in promoting thought leadership content and professional services.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Candidate Evaluation: To evaluate candidates, we will request the following with their application: A list of software tools they use.
Samples of their graphic design, video edits, and social posts.
Results from prior client work, such as increased followers and engagements per post.
