Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for overseeing and managing the service process and client experience. The Service Manager ensures safety, customer satisfaction, and department success, aiming to create brand loyalty and an unparalleled customer experience. They also focus on upholding the dealership's value and brand standards, fostering collaborative relationships within the dealership.
Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the dealership service department, including operational performance, costs, safety, and compliance.Direct procurement of automotive equipment, materials, supplies, and parts.Track performance of Service Advisors and Technicians.Assist in problem-solving and diagnosing vehicle issues.Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.Manage hiring, training, supervising, and coaching of department employees.Review and analyze actions to improve time utilization and planning.Possess strong technical/mechanical repair skills.Champion delivering excellent service consistently.Have managerial experience and knowledge of CDK/Dealer-FX software.Service Manager experience in a dealership setting is an asset.Dilawri Group of Companies represents 77+ dealerships nationwide, including 8 dealerships and a Collision Centre in Regina.
