Working in our busy, fast-moving vehicle sales administration department, you'll be responsible for making sure vehicle stock records are accurate and up to date. Reporting to Divisional Accountant, you will also ensure that vehicle sales are taxed and invoiced efficently to ensure a smooth customer experience.
You will also remotely cover our Leatherhead dealership.
Automotive Sales Administrator - What will I be doing on a daily basis? Bringing purchased vehicles into our stock recordsConfiriming all vehicle stock details recorded are correctEnsure the banking is prepared on a daily basisRaise work orders for used stock on arrivalCheck manufacturer systems to see if used vehicles have an active service planRaise work orders for sold vehicles on receipt of a signed work order.Invoice sold vehicle as per the signed customer order form.Tax new and used cars subject to a valid insurance certificationSet up extended warranties and service plans as required.Ensure that effective administration supports the sales department.What experience do I need? Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential. In addition to your experience you will demonstrate:
