What you will do
- Outline a research plan with a research goal and objectives, research questions, methodology breakdown, recruitment criteria, roadmap, and session scripts;
- Screen, recruit, and schedule qualitative and quantitative research participants;
- Competitor analysis as a feature walkthrough and prioritized benchmarking;
- Audit existing interfaces to improve overall look and feel, usability, and accessibility;
- Analyze and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform future Product Delivery or broader Discoveries;
- Generate user archetypes and map journeys of different fidelity, depending on mixed-method data saturation;
- Visualize information architecture and hierarchical tasks based on learnings about user attitudes and behaviors;
Run workshops to kick off the challenge, prioritize actions on research findings, and conceptualize ideas.
Must haves
- 3+ years of professional experience as a UX Researcher or Usability Engineer;
- Experience working on complex B2B and B2C products or services;
- Ability to work remotely both independently and in a team;
- Experience implementing User-Centered Design within a Disciplined Agile organization;
- Experience with primary and desk research methods to generate and evaluate product vision;
- Experience with user archetype, journey mapping, and information architecture research;
- Ability to identify and communicate research opportunities via participative action workshops with C-suite, PMs, developers, researchers, and designers;
- Upper-intermediate level of English, both spoken and written;
Ability to overlap with the US business schedule to communicate with the US-located research participants and timely inform stakeholders on findings (in hours, not days).
Nice to haves
Domain knowledge in GenAI, Cybersecurity, Corporate SaaS, Logistics, Energy, MedTech, FinTech, Automotive, E-Commerce, Rental;
Experience with marketing strategy improvements on key funnels and metrics, like conversion rate.
