Senior Supervisor - Service Advisor - Reliever (For Monark Equipment Corporation)

Job Qualifications: Graduate of any Engineering course With five to six years (5-6) related work experience in Heavy Equipment/Gen Set services or any related industry Job Responsibilities: Update the internal and external customers on job status to ensure completion within the committed date. Collaborates schedule of inspection and repair with Service Supervisors and advise both internal and external customers. Utilize the company's operating system i.e. DBS Service menu, SAP, Service Information System, and other relevant systems to plan work orders. Prepares and discuss reports to monitor and ensure attainment of assigned KPIs. Maintains and safekeeps assigned company assets to ensure proper utilization and good working order of resources.
