Job Summary: The Area Supervisor oversees customer interactions, staff coordination, recruitment and training, performance tracking, and online engagement. This role involves using specific tools and technologies to manage sales performance and requires collaboration with internal and external partners. Key Result Areas and Functions: Customer Interaction and Support Address customer needs through direct interaction. Coordinate with Brand Account Executives for customer solutions. Supervise Team Leaders to enhance customer support. Facilitate customer inquiries through digital channels. Integrate social media in customer engagement strategies. Staff Coordination and Management Organize schedules for sales staff. Oversee sales staff work to meet targets. Evaluate staff performance regularly. Adjust staff deployment as needed. Coordinate with HR for staffing needs. Recruitment and Training Recruit new sales representatives. Hire qualified candidates for sales positions. Train new hires on sales techniques. Develop training programs with the AGM. Monitor training effectiveness and update as necessary. Reporting and Performance Tracking Manage daily sales lead reports. Track weekly and monthly performance metrics. Generate quarterly performance summaries. Ensure sales quotas are met. Optimize reporting systems for accuracy. Online and Social Media Engagement Answer customer inquiries online. Follow up on social media leads. Utilize digital tools for sales strategies. Monitor online customer feedback. Adapt online engagement based on trends. Job Qualifications: Education and Training: Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Communication, Computer, Technical, Hospitality, or Management. Knowledge and Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience. Proficiency in CRM and POS systems. Familiarity with the PERP system. Experience with the Earn More Website and Stark-App. Knowledge of manual reporting systems. Competencies: Decision-Making: Apply critical thinking to solve problems effectively. Customer Service Orientation: Deliver excellent customer service consistently. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth understanding of products.
