What you will do Process Management & Optimization: Pick up various internal requests coming from other departments; Manage and streamline internal projects; Ensure all processes are documented, have timelines, steps, and clear responsibility tracking; Project Execution & Delivery: Create detailed timelines and step-by-step execution plans for each project, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards; Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aligned and follow the defined processes; Operational Oversight: Lead OKR management aligning with organizational goals, and provide ongoing delivery control for successful project execution; Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders from different departments, demonstrating resilience and adaptability when handling competing demands. Must haves Around 4-5 years of experience in operational management; Practical experience managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is a must; Prior experience in project management with experience in timeline development, working with requirements, stakeholder communication, and delivery control; Familiarity with OKR management and continuous improvement methodologies; Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and regions; Strong getting-things-done skills and proactive attitude; Great attention to detail and perfectionism; Upper-intermediate English level. Nice to haves Understanding of IT sphere would be a plus.
