The Security Manager is accountable for the company's security in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia & Venezuela, strategic planning and development of projects that allow the security department to reduce operation risks and to be aligned in the achievement of the company's objectives and growth according to the regulations of State and Corporation. Responsibilities: Oversee implementation of approved Global Security programs for business and manufacturing operations, and confirm the effectiveness for these initiatives and strategies. Develop strategies to counter risks and gain buy-in and support from appropriate management. Identify, develop, implement, and maintain security processes, practices, and policies throughout the area of responsibility. Incorporate approved security standards and guidelines into projects. Risk and crisis management of facilities, personnel, product, cargo. Ensure compliance of current and planned security operations with laws and applicable regulations of the host country. Strategic planning for asset security and future growth of the facility. Create guard orders to support policies and procedures. Support the Director of Manufacturing by regularly conducting benchmarking and risk assessments. Provide technical support to relevant departments for the selection of security service providers. Build relationships with regional peers and leaders across the consumer products industry in Andina. Maintain strong communication and support links with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies. Compliance Officer for the SAGRILAFT program. Regional Coordinator for the Crisis Management and Business Continuity Plan. Leader of Certifications in Security Management for AEO and BASC. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related field. Desirable post graduate studies in Security Administration. 7-10 years of security functional experience. Desirable 3 years of experience in the consumer goods industry. Security risk management and threat analysis skills. Keen understanding of geopolitical risk. Understanding of emergency management and life safety policy. Practical knowledge of technical security systems. Experience in conducting sensitive investigations. Excellent relations with control authorities. Knowledge in SAGRILAFT program, AEO and BASC.
