Main Responsibilities: Support global stakeholders and the Revenue Operations team with day-to-day operations, while working with various stakeholders across our GTM function (e.g. Sales, Expansion, Customer Success, Marketing). Manage user administration, assignments, permission, data migrations, and processes in the GTM tech stack owned by the Revenue Operations team. Creation and maintenance of documentation for process, procedure, network infrastructure, project planning, and user education. Manage Jira ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set out by the business. Perform basic support, troubleshooting, administrative and bulk data upload tasks. Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue. Some Key Qualifications: 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, and business operations function. 2+ years of Salesforce.com admin experience (Salesforce Admin certification required). Experience administering additional sales tools (Outreach, Chilipiper, Gong, Zapier, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot, etc.). Experience working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of Jira or other ticketing tools. Demonstrated skills with process builder, sharing rules, workflow, formulas, and custom report and dashboard building. Understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards. Experience working on a global team.
