Work Arrangement : Fully remote, overlapping EST, MST,and CST working hours. Job Type : Full-time, Independent Contractor.

You'll leverage your deep product knowledgeand passion for technology to guide users through specific featuresthat lead to conversion success.

Your expertise will help usersmaximize the value of the product during their trial period, andyour proactive approach will ensure they transition smoothly topaid subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities Product Expertise -Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the product, itsfeatures, and its core value proposition.

- Provide personalizedsupport to help users maximize the product's value during the trialperiod.
User Engagement - Guide users through actions and featureswithin the product correlated with conversion success.
- Monitoruser progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers toactivation. Sales Leadership - Conduct compelling productdemonstrations tailored to individual user needs.
- Effectivelycommunicate the product's value proposition and address any userobjections. - Facilitate subscription starts by guiding usersthrough the payment process.

Performance Metrics - Meet or exceedmonthly and quarterly conversion targets while maintaining a highlevel of customer satisfaction.

Requirements Must-Have : -Passionate about how the app can change users' lives. - Tech-savvy,with a deep understanding of CRM tools (Hubspot), VoIP, and productanalytics.

Proven problem-solver, capable of finding workaroundsand removing blockers.
- Excited to be part of a startupenvironment, willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.

Nice-to-Have : - Excellent communication skills with a neutralaccent. - Strong KPI performance from previous roles. - Alignedwith or actively seeking a startup culture and environment.
