Role Overview As a Sales Representative at thisinnovative construction SaaS company, you'll play a critical rolein driving user engagement, activation, and conversion from trialusers to subscribers.
You'll leverage your deep product knowledgeand passion for technology to guide users through specific featuresthat lead to conversion success.
Your expertise will help usersmaximize the value of the product during their trial period,

Key Responsibilities 1. Drive Sales and ProductAdoption - Maintain consistent, high-touch communication acrosscalls, SMS, and in-app messages.
- Deliver effective productdemonstrations that meet user-specific needs. - Customize Handoff'simplementation to fit each user's processes.
- Address and resolveobjections to facilitate successful product adoption. 2. EnhanceConversion and Retention - Listen actively to understand user painpoints and provide tailored solutions.

3.Contribute to Process Development - Assist in developing andupdating playbooks and talk tracks to standardize sales processes.
- Use insights from user interactions to enhance sales strategies.- Align with the sales team to ensure consistent and effectivecommunication.
- Provide ongoing input for refining approaches touser objections and inquiries. Requirements Must-Have : - Productexpertise : Experience with understanding and explaining complexproducts to users.
