Responsibilities: Research ways to penetrate new markets Train new employees in successful sales techniques Develop new sales strategies Analyze sales statistics to determine the performance of salespeople Track KPIs of sales and monitor employees Communicate with customers, department heads, etc. Skills/Knowledge Required: Professional level English, both spoken and written An entrepreneurial spirit, a fast thinker, dynamic and charismatic personality Strong sales abilities, communication, and relationship-building skills Leadership & Management skills Results Oriented Team Management Previous work experience in a 3PL If you come to work with us... You're going to be talking to clients and training our sales team to make cold calls, prospect, and build pipelines. You and the whole team will be selling Trans-Pro's full scope of services. You'll support the team to negotiate with shippers and carriers across North America and Mexico, always ensuring an optimal level of service and profit maximization. You'll help the team sort out client issues and always leave them delighted in the end, because you're brilliant at customer service and problem solving! This is a permanent full-time position; it is required to work at the office (work shift from M-F: 8 am to 5 pm).
