Position Overview: The Sales Lead at Social Imprint is responsible for generating new business through self-driven lead generation efforts, selling social media services, and establishing strong client relationships.
This role is commission-based, and the ideal candidate will have experience in selling digital or social media services, along with a proven strategy for finding and closing leads.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Utilize your own strategies and proven methods to find and nurture leads.
Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close sales for our social media services, focusing on real estate professionals.
Sales Strategy Development: Continuously refine and optimize sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, introducing them to our services and ensuring a smooth handoff to the Account Management team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales activities, analyze trends, and make data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
Qualifications: a B2 or C1 level of English proficiency is required.
Proven success in sales, particularly in service-based industries like social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of social media and how it impacts business growth.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
