Because we do a great job of this, we're growing and are looking to bring on a highly skilled and motivated Sales Office Assistant to join our remote team! Who you are A top-tier administrator passionate about assisting clients with attaining the high-level service they need to operate their business effectively. The ideal candidate for this position will have expertise in sales in the accounting and tax industry; however, if you're an excellent communicator eager to convert inbound leads into lasting client relationships, you can thrive in this role which is extremely vital in our organization. This person will be the backup responder and help maintain the sales funnel. We are looking for someone in a similar role looking for a home-based/remote opportunity who is comfortable working core Eastern standard business hours. Compensation: $700 - $1,000 per month Opportunity to attain an annual bonus based on performance in key areas (namely, keeping the sales funnel and CRM clean, helping move stagnant deals to a positive close, and proactively identifying potential sales issues) Our ideal candidate would be: A great communicator, both written and verbal Confident, self-motivated, and proactive by nature Able to predict and resolve potential issues before they arise Comfortable calling clients Skilled at gently commanding calls and encouraging decision-making Pleasant and have a likable personality Tech-savvy; including experience with Monday.com Requirements: Bachelor's in Business Administration or other relevant qualification preferred but not essential 3+ years of experience in a similar sales administration role Monday.com experience is essential Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and on Zoom What the role entails To succeed in this role, you must be someone who enjoys doing all of the essential tasks: Assist with converting inbound leads into clients, by providing insight into leads particularly those that require support to be closed Be proactive in nurturing and updating the sales funnel and maintaining the CRM administrative order Assist with conducting discovery and sales calls, when required, via Zoom or over the phone with professionalism Be proactive in identifying potential sales issues Help move stagnant deals to a positive close Send follow-up emails to stagnant leads Help with pricing diagnostics Manage the client experience including client gifting and check-ins Assist with consulting projects and ad hoc tasks as needed Benefits: We're a fully remote team with team members located in the US, Puerto Rico, and South Africa Work from wherever you have access to a fast internet connection PTO: Vacation, Holiday, and Sick The Fusion CPA Way We have an unbeatable culture dedicated to developing leaders within our industry.
