The ideal candidate will have a technical consulting mindset that can work with our clients during the presales process to understand their technical and process needs, document solutions that will work for their needs, and provide quoting and pricing assistance to the client. They will be involved with selling our Neodeluxe solutions to clients and work side by side with our Account Executive team to show how we can optimize their case management and data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present technical solutions. Document client needs and process steps to generate estimates, quotes, and proposals. Lead presales efforts for the technical solutions being presented to clients. Requirements: Experience in a technical software development or technical consulting role. Experience working with APIs and VMs. Strong communication and organizational skills. Leadership skills to take ownership and drive opportunities to a successful conclusion. Technical mindset with the ability to engage in business-driven conversations. Independent and organized to manage and drive around 10 live opportunities concurrently.
