TrendMicro.com Position Summary: The Sales Engineer in Trend Micro will be the technical bridge between our Sales Representatives and their System Integrators. The Sales Engineer will take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our System Integrators to help close business. Responsibilities: Apart from being a technologist, you are expected to understand customer's journey to create technical solutions. Obsessed with Customer Success during the entire part of the experience journey. Apply strong problem-solving skills to design solutions that solve customer problems. Demonstrate through Proof of Concept how to solve a customer challenge through Trend Micro technology. Work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision to provide detailed technical knowledge of Trend Micro products in the pre-sales context. Proactively own technical relationships with customers and System Integrators, while engaging internal Sales, Channel, and Partner Managers as needed. Understand the emerging ecosystem of cybersecurity partners like System Integrators, SOC services, CSP (cloud service provider), MSSP, etc. Continuous self-improvement and learning to maintain current technical knowledge, participate in technical communities of interest. Qualifications: Strong communication skills with both technical and executive audiences. +4 years of experience delivering high-quality solutions with unique value to customers. Good understanding and knowledge of SOC operations, cyber risk, security analytics, CNAP, SASE, and CASB. Experience working with security solutions like Firewall, Content Security, XDR, Intrusion prevention, SIEM, and SOAR. Good written and spoken communication skills in English; the interviews will be in English. A strong interest in all aspects of cybersecurity and a passion for customer security. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft O365, Azure, Google, AWS services will be an added advantage. Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) Certification. CompTIA Security+ Certification. Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP). Experience and understanding of Incident Response. Experience and understanding of Cloud architectures. AWS Certifications are preferred.
