Restaurant Account Manager, Cloudkitchens Picnic - Bogota Who We Are Picnic is a digital food court delivering individually packaged delicious meals to companies during lunchtime at in-store prices with no fees and no tips. Employees place their orders no later than one hour before delivery time. Restaurants then have 30-45 minutes to prepare the food, and Picnic delivers it within a 15-minute window. The food is placed on a Picnic shelf in the office, and employees receive an SMS notification when their food has arrived. What You'll Do Collaborate with restaurant partners to optimize their menu items and food photography. Monitor and improve the timeliness and accuracy of restaurant order preparation. Assist in the launch of new office locations, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement actionable solutions. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or restaurant account management. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with restaurant partners. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Commercial mindset.
