Position: Recruiter/HR & Payroll Manager Salary: 4.5-4.8M Location: Colombia, Mexico, and Peru Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm CST Overview: They are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter/HR & Payroll Manager to manage recruitment, HR, and payroll functions across three businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with experience in healthcare recruitment and HR tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable with fast-paced changes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment process for all three businesses. Post job ads on platforms like Indeed, refresh ads, and manage responses. Filter and review applicants, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with the hiring manager. Oversee onboarding and ensure all required paperwork, background checks, and reference checks are completed. Set up new hire accounts, coordinate initial training, and hand off new hires to the respective managers for specialized training. Collaborate with office managers and hiring managers on recruitment and HR processes. Manage payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Handle HR-related tasks, including benefits administration, disciplinary actions, and employee relations. Requirements: At least 3 years of recruitment and HR experience, with an emphasis on recruitment. Experience in healthcare recruitment or higher-level roles is a plus. Strong understanding of HR systems and payroll management. Ability to headhunt and bring in quality candidates that align with each company's culture. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate changes quickly and adapt to evolving needs. Proficient in job ad management, onboarding, and managing the overall hiring process. Familiarity with compliance, background checks, and legal hiring requirements. Skills & Qualities: Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity in recruitment strategies. Ability to assess and read candidates effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Adaptable and coachable with a laid-back, approachable style. Comfortable with fast-paced environments and quick decision-making. Aggressive approach to headhunting and recruitment when needed.
