We are looking for someone who will take ownership of the entire hiring process from start to finish, considering the desired outcomes and the company culture.
Role (duties): Responsible for the entire hiring process from start to finish including the following functions:
Develop job descriptions based on requirements provided by the management team. Create job advertisements and post ads on various job boards.Perform recruiting, screening, and interviewing functions for all roles. Coordinate final interviews with the hiring team and ensure all position requirements are met.Provide offers to accepted candidates and process initial hiring paperwork.Standardize and develop systems and processes for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.Department Strategic Planning (10%) - Be an active and productive contributor to regular strategic and tactical meetings. Provide support and take ownership of departmental improvement projects.This role reports directly to the CEO.
The work environment:
You will be performing your job responsibilities from home, with regular video meetings with the rest of the team.
Qualifications:
A qualified candidate for this role will exhibit the following:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.At least 3 years of experience with recruiting and hiring employees, with small business experience a plus.Prior experience working independently within an entrepreneurial environment a plus, with the ability to think creatively to accomplish outcomes with little to no tactical instruction.Must have a dedicated work-from-home space free from distractions with a computer, webcam, and headset along with a reliable internet connection.Experience creating job descriptions, ads, and recruiting content.Compensation:
$600-$800 USD PART-TIME per month.
