Provide excellent client service and the required information from clients and providers. Responsibilities: Connect existing clients with their legal teams and quickly provide solutions for upset clients. Ensure that phone calls from insurance adjusters and medical providers are directed to the correct paralegals and attorneys while protecting client information and privacy. Assist potential new clients to be redirected to the Intake department. Collaborate with other departments to support client cases. Skills and Qualifications: Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes. Demonstrate organizational skills and proficiency in working with computers and telephones. Must be able to work with programs such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, and DocuSign. Demonstrate the ability to use standard office equipment such as telephones, computers, copiers, fax machines, and other technology as needed. Excellent client service skills and the ability to maintain composure with disgruntled clients. Ability to stay calm, cool, and collected when dealing with difficult situations.
