As a Sales Executive for PWS (Power and Water Solutions) in the Andean, Caribbean, and Central America regions, you will lead sales initiatives, foster client relationships, and achieve business targets. Your responsibilities include collaborating with teams to meet PWS bookings targets, engaging clients through events and presentations, driving market growth, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. You will also act as a subject matter expert, develop sales plans, and craft solutions. A minimum of 3 years of experience in automation and control sales, preferably in the Power Generation industry, is required. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Collaborating closely with proposals and operations teams to achieve PWS bookings targets within the assigned territory and accounts. Engaging clients through impactful events and presentations, serving as a liaison between proposals, operations, and business development. Leading initiatives to drive market participation growth and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Acting as a subject matter authority (SME) during customer interactions, developing sales plans, and crafting solutions in collaboration with LAM BDM and HQ specialists. Achieving sales quotas and targets while maintaining driven pricing. Maintaining accurate records of pricing, market level, and sales activities. Identifying and developing funnel opportunities, leading presales activities, and promoting post-sales support. Developing account penetration strategies and action plans for assigned customers. Leading or supporting project pursuit opportunities and conducting live demonstrations & presentations. Validating proposals, handling opportunity funnels, and developing marketing plans. Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing plans. Preparing technical presentations for customers. Maintaining an updated funnel/pipeline and reporting monthly sales results. Coordinating bid preparation and maintaining contact with high-level customers. Making sure all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes are followed. Who you are: You are an outstanding professional with a track record in automation and control sales, preferably in the Power Generation industry. You possess sophisticated technical knowledge in control systems and demonstrate a deep understanding of Strategic Accounts, Sales Channels, EPC, OEMs, and Private Market dynamics. Your presentation skills are outstanding, allowing you to effectively communicate sophisticated solutions to diverse customers. You thrive in a distributed team environment and are willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 50% of the time). For this role, you will need: Proven experience in automation and control sales, with at least 3 years in the Power Generation industry. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Automation Control, Power, Sales Management, Science, Math, or Business Administration. Proficiency in Spanish (Native) and upper-intermediate proficiency in English (B2). Preferred qualifications that set you apart: Knowledge of Power Generation and Power Systems, as well as Gas Turbines, is desirable.
