Purchasing Specialist

The person that will be part of the Dispatching team at the Field Purchasing Service Center is responsible for ensuring the accurate assignment of purchasing requests among FPSC Categories in timely manner, seeking maximum efficiency for the purchasing process.
The Dispatcher is responsible for delivering solutions to the issues that may raised during the assigment process on a day-to-day basis, according to the purchasing assigment criteria defined, delivering high customer service to the internal clients. 
This person ensures quality of stage 0 at purchasing process and contributes to improvement and knowledge management of taxonomy.
Careers: Industrial Engineering / Business Administration.
Specific knowledge/Programs: advanced excel, Power BI, office 365.
Languages: English + Portuguese (if possible).
