Supporting the Leadership Team to address growth objectives within Pharma business setting a successful & efficient planning process and delivering effective deployment. Establish more robust alignment throughout organizational levels with regards strategic objectives and key targets. Responsible for the planning & execution of the core projects of the organization. It must ensure the alignment of the core areas of the business within the strategic objectives. This role reports directly to the Commercial Operations area, having an important strategic role collaborating with the GM in the transformation and evolution of GSK. Responsibilities : Work closely with LT members and/or senior stakeholder(s) to align business objectives & key priorities. Support Colombian leadership and their team's ensuring clarity and alignment of priorities and activities to EM strategic goals and objectives, across regions, therapeutic area groups, and functional teams. Support the efficient execution of commercial activities Analyze data and insight to find solutions or define new projects that resolve problems or simplify processes. Work with relevant stakeholders to identify and develop potential solutions Work closely with the GM to design and develop engaging and informative project management learnings and solutions Support General Manager on enterprise projects. Manage the strategic agenda of the GM; presentations for Let´s Talks, Performance reviews with headquarters and external meetings Effectively project manage, track and facilitate progress of the key initiatives and proactively manage risks and issues across areas. Own & drive issues identification & resolution Responsible for preparation of Project materials, weekly status reports and status updates, supports internal and external communication. Supports the business and other team members with project administrative tasks (schedule changes, setting up workshops, documentation creation and follow up, support in reporting project status) Responsible for leading the strategic meetings within the local LT and EM. (Monthly Performance Reviews, Commercial Boards and/or Country visits) Follow up of the KPI of the country. Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Administration or related fields. Five or more years of experience on commercial (or supporting) corporate areas, ideally in the Pharma Sector Strong collaboration and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to organize and bring structure into highly complex projects.
