Employment Type: Indefinite Term Contract Shift: Monday to Friday | 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST Work Setup: Work From Home What You'll Be Doing: Responsibilities Lead lighting installation projects from planning to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and address any issues that arise during projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
Communicate effectively with internal teams (engineering, procurement), contractors, clients, and senior management in both English and Spanish.
Track and report project progress, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
Coordinate communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates in English and Spanish.
Oversee quality control processes, ensuring all work meets safety and industry standards.
Requirements What Makes You Shine: Qualifications Needed Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Proficiency in tools such as Google Docs and Excel for project management and reporting.
1–3 years of experience in project management, ideally in the construction, electrical, or lighting industry.
High level of knowledge of lighting systems, electrical work, and construction processes.
Previous experience in the lighting, construction, or electrical industries.
