The Role As a Project Manager at Growmodo, your mission is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. You'll be the key to building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering strategic advice in design, tech, and marketing. Must-Haves: Work Experience: Proven experience in project management, customer success, or other customer-facing roles, in a design, tech, or marketing environment. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, design, and development concepts, with excellent organizational, time, and budget management, and communication skills. Problem-Solving: Ability to manage stress, adapt to changing project scopes gracefully, and take responsibility for outcomes. Leadership: A proactive problem-solver and a team player who builds strong customer and team relationships. Nice-to-Haves: Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and Airtable. Certifications: PMP, Certified Scrum Master, or other project management certifications.
