Responsibilities:

•Partner with business program team members, key stakeholders, and contributors across different functions and levels.

•Have excellent communication skills to persuasively drive conversations about the business program with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

•Manage activities, define strategy, and set priorities for the business program, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.

•Contribute to best practices, process improvement, and the effective use of analytics to measure and optimize the performance and impact of the business program.

•Contribute with new ideas and insights to enhance the business program and address the needs and challenges.

•Perceive potential issues and problem-solve, redirect, and refocus when needed to ensure the successful delivery of the business program.

•Have the right people skills and leadership qualities to collaborate, motivate, and work effectively with others, fostering a positive and productive team culture.

•Adapt to navigate through change and ambiguity within a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.

Qualifications:

•At least 5 years of experience in managing business programs with a successful track record.

•Understand the nomenclature used within the learning industry is preferred.

•Microsoft experience is preferred.

•L&D specific experience/background is highly desired.

•Experience working in large technology companies is highly desired.

•Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive action and results.

•A collaborative and supportive attitude to lead others and build trust and rapport.

•A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and accountability, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.

•A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to changing needs and expectations.
