Job Summary: Creates value chain strategy, directs and designs large complex cross-functional continuous improvement of ACI's methodologies, processes and procedures. Design metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Measure performance against process requirements and adjust as appropriate. Provide consultation on the use of techniques to improve process performance and product quality. Present training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement and control. Job Responsibilities: Plans, designs and implements methodology, process, procedure and best practice according to ACI's defined process framework. Oversees the implementation of complex cross-departmental process improvements. Defines and manages the objectives and scope of process definition initiatives. Identifies the stakeholders required to participate in process definition activities. Documents, recommends, communicates and implements process improvements. Conducts process needs analysis using the standards established by the process manager. Compiles and communicates findings of process needs analysis to key interested parties. Provides pre-development consulting services with internal customers to gather and define development environment requirements for projects and enhancements to existing systems. Develops communication plans to facilitate process implementation and adoption. Creates and delivers process-related training. Defines the metrics required to track adoption and compliance. Publishes applicable process documentation. Participates in cross-organizational process initiatives to ensure consistency and representation of applicable organizations. Provides coaching, mentoring and training on defined methodologies, processes, procedures and best practices. Performs other duties as assigned. Understands and adheres to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent experience. 8+ years related experience. Advanced oral presentation and written communication skills. Excellent presentation, oral and written communication, and listening skills. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experience needed for the job: Data Analysis Skills Power BI, Microsoft Excel, SQL - Intermediate Level Project Management Tools Programming Languages: Python, R Agile Methodology: Scrum, Kanban Work Environment: Standard work environment.
