As a member of our team, you will: Be strong in spoken and written English (at least C1). Have a minimum of 1 year of professional customer service experience or an equivalent customer-facing role. Have experience supporting customers via phone, e-mail, chat, and/or in person. Show a passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution. Able to effectively tailor communication and style to different audiences. Able to self-manage and work independently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Be organized and detail-oriented, able to recognize patterns. Thrive on a team where expertise is shared and feedback is welcomed. Be solution and satisfaction driven, discerning when to provide compensation. Requirements Plus, but not required: Knowledge of Office 360. Experience with Zendesk, ServiceDesk, or Freshdesk. Able to meet a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM while chatting with customers. Interest in e-commerce with possible previous experience in leading e-commerce clients. #J-18808-Ljbffr
