We're looking for an IT Support Dispatcher to join our Service and Support team. In this role, you'll be the linchpin connecting our clients and IT support teams, ensuring service requests are resolved quickly, professionally, and with exceptional care.

When our clients need help, you'll be their first point of contact, ensuring their issues are addressed efficiently and that our technical resources are dispatched effectively.
Your contributions will keep operations smooth, clients happy, and our team on track with service level agreements (SLAs).
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the Go-To Person : Act as the main point of contact for all client service requests.
- Efficiently Manage Requests : Intake, schedule, and dispatch service engineers for remote and onsite support based on urgency and SLA guidelines.
- Master Datto Autotask : Use the Datto Autotask dispatch portal to assign resources effectively and maximize billable hours.
- Stay Connected : Proactively update clients on their service requests, including incident progress and any schedule changes.
- Process Requests Quickly : Manage service requests received via email, manual entry, or direct client input with speed and accuracy.
- Boost Client Satisfaction : Ensure excellent communication and fast turnaround times for all service requests.
- Coordinate Schedules : Monitor resource availability, escalate unresolved issues, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Get Trained : Complete training on Datto Autotask to manage service tickets with precision.
Ideal Profile
What You'll Need to Succeed
- Basic IT Knowledge : Familiarity with computer systems, operating systems,
and IT support processes.
- Prior experience working for an MSP is required.
- Top-Notch Communication Skills : You can explain things clearly, handle client interactions professionally, and build trust quickly.
- Multi-Tasking Pro : You're great at juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and adapting to changes.
- Tech Savvy : Experience with Datto Autotask or similar tools is a bonus, but we'll train you if you're new to it.
- Detail-Oriented : Strong typing skills and a sharp eye for detail to ensure every service request is logged correctly.
- Self-Starter : You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and take ownership of your responsibilities.
- Client Service Experience : Previous roles involving phone-based support or client care are a plus.
