You'll design and implement innovative strategies to drive growth while working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance passenger experiences. Developing and executing strategic initiatives to increase passenger acquisition, retention, and engagement, directly impacting DiDi's growth trajectory. Analyzing market trends, passenger behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Operations, to align on growth strategies and ensure seamless execution. Designing and running A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of growth tactics and refine strategies based on data-driven insights. Managing the end-to-end implementation of growth campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and performance analysis. Monitoring and reporting on key growth metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and stakeholders to guide decision-making. Working closely with regional teams to localize growth strategies and tailor them to specific market needs and opportunities. Required Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of experience in growth, operations, marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics, and experience using data to drive decision-making and strategy. Exceptional project management abilities with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to senior leadership. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or Mandarin is a plus. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Experience in the ride-hailing, tech, or e-commerce industry, or a background in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
