The Premium Hub-Centre of Expertise (CoE) within the SAP Adoption Services Center provides the expertise in application and technology areas to deliver high-end support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers. As CoE Consultant for Order to Cash and related processes, you will analyze End to End Sales and Service Process of our global customers and present the results of your findings and recommendations to IT managers and executives. You have the chance to design and optimize complex IT landscapes, on which our largest customers run their businesses. Your area of responsibility will extend to some of the following tasks: Support functional design validation workshops, identify risks and provide recommendations to optimize business processes, system automation, system landscape, and protection of investment. Support customer implementations and best practices for the business processes, ideas for improving customer productivity, providing the highest levels of customer satisfaction, and running an infrastructure that empowers customers to take advantage of new opportunities. Conduct deep root cause analysis with technical and programming skills, provide solutions and deliver services in very complex environments for specific fields/areas. Support critical customer escalation and drive critical issues to resolution. Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of industry and SAP product experience in one of the key areas such as – SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash or SAP ECC SD Module. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD customizing and/or development tasks is a must. Hands-on experience with SAP DRC (e-Documents) for Latin America Localization topics. Must have end-to-end business process know-how with product knowledge in S/4HANA Order to Cash, Sales or Service. Good communication and presentation skills to convince customers and other stakeholders based on facts. Willingness to travel 30% in All Americas Region. Quick learner with strong analytical and logical skills. The ideal candidate will have at minimum a bachelor's degree in mathematics, Computer science or engineering. Additional: Functional/technical knowledge in any of the following areas is desired: Advanced Variant Configuration / Variant Configuration, Advanced Return Management, Advanced Available-to-Promise, Direct-to-Store Delivery / Last Mile Distribution for Direct Distribution, Pricing. Understanding in programming including BTP based development / solution extension, OTC data model, root cause analysis and performance optimization is preferred.
