Operations Assistant (Marketing Emphasis)

Position : LatAm Operations Assistant (Marketing Emphasis) Working Hours : Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM PT Salary Range : $1,200 - $1,700 per month About the job: We are seeking a Shopify/Operations Admin or Manager to help handle many of the day-to-day tasks related to running our company.
This role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage orders, optimize our Shopify store, and assist with customer service and marketing efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor daily orders and relay information to our fulfillment staff.
Manage and update Shopify product listings, including product titles, descriptions, and images.
Optimize website design and user experience to increase conversion rates through research and analysis.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders and products.
Assist with marketing tasks such as writing blogs, sending physical mailer campaigns, and launching sales campaigns.
Build and manage sales and marketing lists (e.g., first-time customers, repeat customers, eBay customers, abandoned checkouts, cold leads).
Help clean up our database/CRM.
Conduct outreach via email, SMS, and marketing mailers.
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience with Shopify.
Basic experience with marketing tasks.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to conduct research projects to optimize website performance.
Basic knowledge of database/CRM management.
Proficient in email and SMS marketing tools.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inventory tracking software.
Ability to perform basic level research projects.
Familiarity with user behavior analysis and plug-in solutions.
