You'll design Spanish language collateral, manage events, collaborate with global team members, and assist in translating marketing materials.
Additionally, you'll contribute to proposal development, ensuring effective communication of our solutions.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential for this role., A degree in Marketing or Communications and proficiency in design software is desired.

Opportunity to connect with global team members (which may occasionally fall outside of traditional working hours) Manage events (webinars, virtual events and in-person conferences) for our LATAM audiences. Work closely with the Global Marketing Team to help maintain and evolve the website to include Spanish language pages and resources Work with the Global Marketing Team on the planning, delivery, and monitoring of Spanish language email and webinar campaigns to help with both lead generation and lead nurturing. Help to translate existing marketing materials and make design edits where needed Draft, create, and schedule rich content for social media channels including LinkedIn and YouTube?geared toward LATAM customers. Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic Market research and reporting? Work closely with the LATAM Sales Team on territory-specific campaigns and promotions Proposal Responsibilities Ensure that Avolution's solution is described and expressed in a compelling and consistent manner in the completion of documentation created in response to public sector procurements, RFIs and RFPs in the LATAM territory Specific product training will be provided but you will need to gain an understanding and knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture software market Search and identify appropriate responses from Avolution's English language bid library and translate to Spanish for LATAM RFIs/RFPs Research and create concise, and engaging proposal responses, including adherence and improvements to Avolution's style guidance Ensure that each proposal is fully understood and fully responded to, considering the prospective client's specifications ABOUT YOU Fluent in both Spanish and English Well-rounded individual with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field. Positive, can-do attitude and willing and able to learn quickly A good knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere Pro) and ideally other design or video editing software Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)? Events management and website management skills highly regarded Strong verbal and written skills.
Experience writing online marketing copy? High level of attention to detail with a results-orientated problem-solving attitude and an ability to manage competing priorities effectively Excellent organizational and time management skills?
