Job Description: Driving institution-wide and customized interventions centrally/at locationsMust be able to drive training programs (build content & deliver the programs)Must be able to meet and interact with stakeholders to understand training needsDrive induction programMust leverage technology/digitize learning to scale up the reach of learning interventionsCreating branding for various initiatives through communication and journalsParticipating in awards and contests for external recognitionMust have facilitated training programs for junior level and middle managersRelevant Work Experience: 10 to 12 Years
Education Qualification: MBA HR with Certifications preferred
