The Local Key Client Manager (LKCM) will be responsible to drive the strategic partnership and business results with Global Key Clients within their geographical scope of influence. The LKCM will maximise Maersk's business result through a combination of world class account management, business development, and consultative selling. Key responsibilities: Know the customer's supply chain strategy and needs. Identify & Qualify local growth opportunities. Provide input to the Global Account plan and relationship management. Ensure that local product teams are informed on the local value proposition. Seek inputs from account team. Lead local opportunities identification in accordance with the roadmap. Drive local sales pursue as per defined sales process. Ensure that Value Propositions are tailor made to customer needs. Lead the respective part of the Operating Model. Monitor and support local contract compliance and commitment. Ensure compliance with NNC guidelines. We are looking for: A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics expertise within commercial roles. Supply chain expertise (to optimize SOW across products), insight selling, connectors (stakeholder influencing skills). Advanced English proficiency. High level product understanding including how it solves different customer problems. Strategic influencing. High capacity for managing pressure and prioritisation. Assertive/decisive and proactive. Confidence in dealing with people and building relationships. Ability to focus to define a vision, objectives and priorities. Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on an analytical and structured approach. Ability to manage stakeholders on various levels in the organization.
